Let’s Celebrate Together

In 1807, the Reverend Alban Thomas Jones Gwynne obtained a Private Act of Parliament, which enabled him to build the Harbour and thus found the town of Aberaeron. We are proud of the maritime, industrial, architectural and cultural heritage, which has grown with the town.  In 2007, our Bicentenary year, we are celebrating our heritage and giving thanks to all those who have contributed in so many ways towards Aberaeron.  Social events and exhibitions will take place throughout the year leading up to main celebrations, the Aberaeron 2007 Festival Week: 28th July – 4th August 2007.

BOX OFFICE OPEN:  Mon - Fri 10am to 3:30pm at the Memorial Hall, Aberaeron.

Starting at Tourist Information Centre at 5pm and ending up at the Ships' Plaque on the Green in front of Trelawney.
