The 2022 Carnival will go ahead on 29th August 2022.
To celebrate 50years of carnival colours the 2022 colours are purple and yellow.

It is with sincere regret that Aberaeron Town Improvements Committee, after much consideration, has decided to cancel Aberaeron Carnival 2020.
The cancellation of this year’s carnival will no doubt be a huge disappointment to all and especially to those who work so hard to ensure the success of this ever popular annual event.
However, due to the size and nature of the carnival, it would be difficult to stage safely, given the various restrictions that we expect to be in force for some considerable time to come.
We are truly sorry that this decision has had to be taken, but we very much look forward to welcoming you back to next year’s Aberaeron 2021 Carnival.
